I selected Jon Gordon, author and expert on leadership, culture and teamwork. While the content of the site is well done and user friendly the site would have limitations for those with any type of disability. Even those without a disability could have some issues depending on what type of device they were using.
The ability to navigate easily from page to page when using a phone could be complicated for a user with diminished eye site or with limited use of their hands.
The site itself is easy to follow when on a computer. The layout allows the user to move from page to page without much difficulty but the text is not large and could cause issues.
No place on the site allows the user to change the size of the font but that can be accomplished with user settings. All of the videos are uploaded via YouTube which allows the user to add the caption option.
While I’m sure the site has contributed to Jon Gordon’s success as an author and speaker, his site offers limited options to those with accessibility issues. Check out Jon’s page to see limited accessibility.
